Happy birthday to me! So, basically yesterday was my birthday. Nothing much to say about it because unintentionally my mood just dropped down for these 2 days. First reason obviously because i had 6 hours revision class on my birthday. It was hectic, isnt it? Second reason, just too many random things unexpectedly popped out into my mind. So, after class i was rushed to catch up these popular drama musical which is presented in Marina Bay Sands. This shows was about 2,5 hours with 15 minutes of break within the show. I was so terribly sleepy during the show so i did not enjoy this show much. I just attempted to open my eyes widely to notice some scenes that quite goods to be captured with my cams secretly hahhaha! They prohibited us from camera's usage anw!!.. so, these are some pictures that i succesfully took. Im begging for pardon if there is any blurry pic, enjoy!

Hello! Today i want to share with you all that i am totally happy. First of all, thank to SIM who asked me to be one of their student ambasaddor in this event. As i said in the previous post, Student ambasaddor is one of my current activity besides my participation as executive comittee in Film And Performing Art. So, Basically today there was a special event "A short Visit by 33 Catholic Principles and Teachers From Jakarta." They intended to know more regarding the education system in Singapore in order to achieve higher quality level of education in Indonesia . Thereby, one of the representative from SIM explained to them all about my university from basic. In SIM, there were 4 universities which all of them is the result of collaboration between SIM to university among the world since long time ago. Just a little bit introduction, the 4 university comes from United Kingdom ( University of London ), Australia ( RMIT ) , America, and etc. The explanation was covered from how to apply as student to the approximation living cost in Singapore. After the short explanation, we as student ambassador were asked to share our experiences as international student who are comin from Indonesia and pursing the degree abroad. It went smoothly. Continue to next cluster, which is Question and Answer. They could ask every single question to bring a clearer picture into their mind. The most hardest question that i got is, "Have you ever think to come back to your mother country and distribute your knowledge to indonesian people?" While all of the others ambassador seemed to face difficulties in order to answering this question, i surely answered to her question. "Yes, i will do" Thats one of my sole task to going back to Indonesia and help through education to promote sustainable economic stability in my country. Being actively participated in political environment is one of my dream. I surely believe that vigarous politic determine all of the system that operate in country.. In Indonesia itself, there is a lack consideration from goverment to increase attention in education. It disable Indonesia to provide high skilled labour to be employee by multinational companies. Hence, Mullinational companies will not feel save to put their investment in Indonesia because of this issued. A level of employment will reduce and it will bring economy stability in particular country. I could saw from their face that they're pretty satisfied with my answer. yaay! :) The next thing student ambasaddor must do was to bring them around the campus to introduce and make them familiar with the environment. Finally, the short visit was ended with lunch together. We also did not forget to take some pictures by using their cameras. I should wait till they contact me through email and will ask them to send me one of them :)

There are lot of questions like this during the campus tour "What advantages and disadvantages that you experience from living far away from parents?" "Why you choose take your degree in singapore not in Indonesia?"
Well, in my personal opinion, i could say that there is less difference whether you want to continue your education achievement in Indonesia or go abroad. I have trully said that education system in Indonesia is not working well in any case, but some of the popular university that i knew offering the same programme with the same module as Singapore. It is not about the programme that i take, or even to maintance this belief that people who are studying abroad are commonly rich. No, it is more than that.  From the first time i knew that studying abroad is not an easy step. It is about the wildest experiences that you will get. I learn how to survive without my parents intervention in any decision that i have taken . I independently learn how to cook, how to wash my clothes, how to wake up as discipline as i could, how to deal with management time. Also, i emphazie more in the relationship toward other. What i mean here is how we could step out from our comfort zone and looking for a new friends that will influence your life in your future. I want to make a friend with all people around the world that enable me to enhance my language skil or looking for some oppurtunities to enlarge my dad business operationl. Studying abroad is really decions from your deepest heart. Anyway, decisions never lead us to right or wrong. so, dont be afraid to make decions!

Maroon 5 will officially play at Singapore Indoor Stadium at 25 April 2010- 2 days before their performance in jakarta in support to their latest album hands all over!! I did not waste my time to reconsider about it, i just direcly bought the relatively quite expensive ticket since they just opened their first bach particularly to OCBC card holder by today upt o 25 February. I was somehow afraid the ticket will be sold out and i did not get any chance to see them alive performing in front of my eyes while they are here. Therefore, i asked my friend a favor to buy for me first. I chose the main stage and luckily i gottt the first row!!!! Basically, i considered to fly to Jakarta on 27 April 2010 for one day since one of the Indonesian promotor announced it thru twitter, meanwhile i will face my first exam a week later. My concern was about the time and money that will be spent inefficient , so i cancel the plan. I merely hoped that they will transfer to singapore and perform here. And yes baby, my dream comes true!!! :)

Anyway, the concert will be held 9 days after my 20 th birthday and 9 days before my final exams. I really wish by attending this concert, it will be my precise experience and unforgettable gift that ever happened in my life, yet also my indirect motivation toward exams!!
Is it normal when i start think what dress i should wear? how i should deal with my hair? my shoe?  one thing for sure come accross into my mind that i would like to dress up as pretty as i couldddd!!! So, today i was shopping around with my friend. I found out cute pinkie blazer from Topshop that perfectly suit on me! I could not stand no more so i bought it !! I think i will wear this blazer mixed up with jeans or shorts or stuffs!! hahahhahah. I just can not stop thinking about it .. :3

Netherland ?

hello peeps! im gonna share my short essay as prerequirement to get an oppurtunities to study abroad on this summer holiday besides my last education achievement. This study abroad is constructed to those of you who want to spend approximately 3-4 months college holiday by doing something useful yet refreshment at same time. Might some of you think it similiarl like scholarship, well it is not. I still neccesitate to pay up some amount of money to conduct this summer abroad. I consider this as my oppurtunity cost as well. To gain something, we hv to give up something, right? :)

Hello. My name is Febby. I am from Indonesia. I just graduated from Diploma in Economic last year. I take Economic and Management as my second year degree in University of London. My current activitiy is joining student ambassador in Singapore Institute of Management under Global Education programme. Beside, i also actively joined as Executive Committee in Film and Performing Art, member a group named InSim ( Indonesia in SIM) and photography club. My biggest motivation to join this summer school is to get valuable experiences before i am going to be 20^th this year such an greater oppurtunity to meet up new friends , explore newly world where i have never been before, and learn about country cultural history itself. By meeting up a new friends, we learn how to develop a good relationship toward other. Eventually the most important part is we can observe the daily behaviour of Dutchman which is totally different with Indonesian people which is for me it is quite challenging.  I would like to take two subjects comprised of Dutch Language and Project Management from theory to practical which is approximately will take 1 month to finish it. The benefit that i could enjoy such as enhance my language-skill as i knew these nowadays language becomes the significant factor in response to job-competitiveness in real world . I would practice my dutch by directly getting involved with them in daily life to boost up my fluency level . Pracitcal Management will be an approach in a way to study organisation behaviour. A good manager should have known how to plan, direct, control, and lead them to gain common goals both theoritically and practically. Managerial and Language skill are the basical pre-requirement in this contemporary world therefore i want to empahisize more in these two area.  Netherland is very well known of  its historical architecture,  unique windmills feature, and the beauty of flowers particularly for its bulb flowers. As i have special interest in photography and my greater desire to capture those beautiful moments, i think Netherland would be my suitable destinations to study abroad this year.

indoor photoshoot

I was so utterly excited yet tired today! This is my first time doing indoor photoshoot. I had to deal with all the lighting stuff or whatsoeva they're called. Credited to my supabiatch Alvin & Renata, who helped me to set up my camera , and special credit went to my elementary school-seniorhighschool friend Felice Audrey who becomes our vastly cooperative model. So, basically this is just our spontaneous plan because we're supa bored with our holiday that eventually turn out to be one of my favourites photoshoot that i have ever made! I've trully never expected this result gonna be this good, at least it's according to me because we're like totally blind with those stuffs at first. Somehow i felt so lucky to get a oppurtunities like this, having friends who have a same interest and a friend who potentially become our model are just our best buddies! I will share some random pictures behind the scenes to you all.. Actually we also had one photosession that the result will never be uploaded to avoid the gossips around our society! Should i upload it here? :B

Hell,o February.

February is comin. I should've renewed my wishing list asap. Thank God, i got my pola(bear)roid camera that i want since a long time timee ago! Despite it doesnt reduce my level amount of stress. February becomes a symbol that my life will be covered by immense suffer will begin shortly. I will face preliminary exams in the end of this month untill first week of march. But, As of now, i have not prepared my self- like now, i kept busying by doin various activities except studying- Having said that, i gladly announce that Chinese New Year'll come 2 days more whereby i could meet up all members of my big family. I cant hardly wait for cny celebration.

Anyway, i was considered a new prospective project that requires me to post a photo most likely everyday if i were enable to do it. i hope i really make it. The purpose of doin this is i want to know how far is photography skill to capture exclusive events in glimpse, eventually to record and translate it into good pictures. I am little bit confused when to start this project regardless of time-barrier that i will face in 2-3 months ahead. hmm..

New place. New blog.

Hello people! Finally i made a new blog, a new place to share everything. It comes to final that i've abandoned my old blog that i made from senior high school. It was just like goin nowhere without any defined purpose of making that blog. So, i simply want to renew my blog, making a clear distinction, that i want to share about my personal interests about music, travelling photography, and the current issue of politic and economic. These 4 topics will be the major topic in this blog, the minor topic i leave it behind as time goes on. Probably little bit story of my life. :)

Actually i will name this blog as CaramelFrapuccino. But it was no longer available. Here it is, caramelfrapucinoo with double o, it is not misspelled, it is a retouch of creating a new name without changing the meaning. I pick caramelfrapucino up because it has been my current addiction. The mixture of sweetness of caramel and the relaxing aroma of coffee is beyond perfect! Coffee could give you bitter and sweet taste at the same time. It represents my life, that also be the heading of this blog, The bitter and Sweet of Life. =D
