A week ago, still fresh on my memory, the death of Apple co founder, Steve job, was being officially announced thru apple official website because he has been suffering pancreatic cancer in his 5 last year. It was unbelieveable as this saddening yet shocking news came a day after the release of Iphone4s. People all over the world extended deep condolonces in various way without decrease any respect to him. Honestly, I am not a loyal fans of Apple, but i have to admit that Apple's product is such a great innovation to the world. People now abandoned the usage of Compact disk because of the creation of itouch. People now can easily buy the music online because of the existence of Apple online store. To some musician such as Good Charlotte and Coldplay as i cited to their official twitter, Steve Job has succesfully been indirect contributor to their income. Also, number of people are getting employeed because of him. Not really exactly know who they are, but one of the Youtube Artist is now really well known because his intelligence skill of combining instrument's sounds using iPad. As im googling it more and more about him, i revealed new facts that makes me adore him. He's defintely inspirational leader, revolutionary man, and inspiring speaker. I presumably believe that these are the reasons why many people love him.
Few months ago, my friend posted a emotinally moving video. This video is actually an advertisement about Thailand's insurance company. Its about a deaf father who willing to give up his life for the sake of his impolite daughter. I can somehow predict how the end of this movie is going to be, but i still can not hold my self to not crying. I was easily touched with this kind of movie which explore much on unconditinal love that a father give to his daughter regardless of anything. I strongly believe that no one else will love me like my family does.
Now, in my facebook home, friend kept posting a video how heartless people in China who can leisurely walking away when there was injured small girl weakly floundered in the street after being crashed by car. No one eagerly to help that girl until a young lady who suddenly realized and come down to rescue her. But, it was too late. That innocent girl was sadly dead. It called into question what happened to today's society? They are who's appear on that video, are they a human? But im not surpised when i saw this video, people nowadays are less respectful to other. We tend to put our high expectation toward other people that we recently know. We want them to do like how the way we want it to be. But as i grew up, i am experiencing it my self that my life is confronted with many type of persons so that i cant force them follow the way i think. When we were in elementary school, we learnt that if someone were in trouble, what we do is to help him. In fact, in reality, it does not work ( as you can see in that video). People are individualistic. They will do everything that make them happy without any second thinking about you. I dont want people to see me as a fragile person, so i keep my expectation low.
The death is something inevitable yet scary at the same time. No one can control it except God. It just come to all of us at the end of the day with their own way. I start to realize how precious my life is, being surrounded by wonderful family, friends, and enemies. But, i begin to ask my self ( exactly the same like Steven Job did ) "How if today were the last day of my life, would i want to do what i am about to today?"
