Hi everyone! How's life threat you all guys? I am doing fine after certain period struggling about the food i had consumed in Europe during my summer course programme. There are numbersssss of stories i wanna share with you all, but not at this time. This post i want to focus on a colourful french cookies called Macaroons. So, after reading an article about the trend of pasty shop business in one Indonesia famous magazine, I highlighted that they mention about one brand that pretty famous in French called Pierre Herme. So, the story is about a Indonesian chef that being inspired by Pierre Herme's product and he tries an oppurtunity to open Online Shop that sells macaroon and cupcakes and it turn out to be success! Speaking of Pierre Herme, i spent hundreds euro dollars to buy this adorable cookies. And i just realized that this brand is quite well known for their macaroons. A special thing about Pierre herme is that they are not focused merely on their macarons, but design of their packaging also. Design has become important process of a creating the product because it can affect the selling point. It was proven! A factor that i want to try their product because they offer a different cutee box with different range of price as you can see below :D If you visit paris, surely dont forget to buy this Pierre herme which is perfectly located in the sophisticated shopping mall in "Gelerie LaFayette"

Actually, i was like running a mission that i have to try each country's macaroons as i was travelling to some places in Europe. Here we are, my first stop and first macaroons in Belgium-Brussels, Chocopolis. Chocopolis are not really into macaroons, they specialize in their Belgium handmade chocolate that has various flavours. What i like from Chocopolis Macaroons's is their size that quite big ( compare to other macaroons that i have tried ), the smoothness when we bite it, and last the buttercream in the middle of it. I like macaroons that easily melts in my mouth ( re : not crispy ) . You can find my favourite flavour by looking at the 3rd or 4th picture. =D

Next, my second macaroons from Trick and Treats in Utrecht. Utrecht is a city where my summer programme was held. So, i could buy their macaroons everytime i want. But unluckily, I dont really like their product because they were really different from the first macaron that i've tried. The colour that they offer is not really attractive and pretty much similiar to each other. Also, the buttercream is not really vary, they only have vanilla and chocolate flavour i think. But this is all about individual personal taste.

After approximately 3 weeks i spent my time in Utrecht, precisely when my programme has finally over, it comes to the time when i have to leave this city. I hate to admit the fact that mostly all the men over there are god's increadible creatures. The combination of perfect body, flawless face, and good attitude ( Re: friendly ) ! <3<3 A good reason of hardly say goodbye to this city, no? :D

The last one, the legend of macaroons, Laduree. I found this oh so well known shop incidentally when i was looking for a disney store. My eyes straightly put an intense attention to that elegant shop which combines gold and green yolkie at the same time. The Queque was amazingly unbelieveable. I can see that everyone put their best effort by patiently waiting to get this popular macarons. They sell variety of macaroons with 18 different flavours ( mostly they only come with 10 flavour ) and size! I have tried the big chocolate macarons ( 8-10 cm diameters) and it was soooo freaking gooood. If you dont really like macaroons, you should try their beautiful yet mouthwatering cakes that comes in attarctive colour, design, and shape. Anyway, The price here is pretty expensive, it is doubled from Pierre Herme but trust me they are really worth it.

Undoubtedly i would say thank you to all the genious man behind these intriguing macaroons, esp mr. Pierre Herme who invented the best recipe of macaroons in the world. I am tottaly fall in love with your macaroons so so so much! i wish he deliberately open Pierre herme's shop in south east region asap, partcularly in singapore before i graduate next year, hahaha!

Charity day

Here we go. Me and my friend two days ago carried out charity work to share some love with our friend in orphanage. This orphanage is located right in the corner of Kembang Kuning. ( Fyi, kembang kuning is one of a cemetery complex in surabaya ) So, we picked them up ( the total was about 26 persons include 4 kind of nanny ) and bring them to Tunjungan Plaza ( one of the biggest mall in surabaya) . Because there is no movie in our cinema now, we cancel our first plan to watch movie together and we went to Stringer ( is a indoor playground ) straightaway. I personally feel so terribly tired to take care about 5 child at the same time .. They were about so hyperactive. I involved my self in the all of activities they did likee... i played "mandi bola" with them, i pushed their toy car behind to move somewhere, etc.  After 1 hour playing, we headed to McD to have lunch together. Its so difficult to gather them all and to ask them sit nicely while waiting for the food to come. They played their straw actively here and there. The most extreme was they took a chili sauce with them, inhaled by their straw, and then blew them up to their friend. Yeah, the 4 hours really takes my patience yet i was so happy because at least i can bring happiness to them. Here some pictures that me and my friend took.

Wake me up when july ends.

Hi friends and all. What i can say now is time really flies so fast. It was so clear in my mind the last time i grumbled about my exams and all the typical life in singapore. Now, it has been a month i am in surabaya since last month till now. Everything is just so amazing. I woke up every morning with a warm feeling because everything has been served nicely. I do not need to wonder about what food i should eat for whole day, i do not need to waiting for the bus everytime i wanna go, and i have a life here coz i have my pet / parents/ siblings / and friends to hang out with. I swear i have been covered with the massive boredom since my first time living in singapore. After i graduate, i promise to my self that i just want to leave that country fast and move somewhere else. Skip this part and lets talk about my holiday. It is the right time to do what i've planned since long time ago. Im done with the photoshoot. Hope you guys like the result afterall :) So what next is charity. This time i will do it with my friends. So, yesterday i sent a broadcast mssg to everyone who want to share a bit to orphans. So many reactions i received. Yes, some of them really disappointed me. They did not even respond to my message but they could sent a mssg regarding their selling. I extremely do not judge, but people who act like that seriously did not deserve any respect at all. And miraculously, a little help come and offered by unknown. God bless you, stranger! :)

July is coming somehow. I have been waiting for this month patiently. July is about my friend's homecoming from swiss , dad's birthday, and ofc my summer course in holland. I wish july turn out to be the most funtastic month in this year. So, probably i will off about a month since i should put aside everything that seems not necesarry enough to bring along with me during the trip. So, see you next month guys! =D

Dream, believe, and make it happen .

Hello! yesterday i accidentally jumped into Agnes Monica's twitter. After some readings, i found out this person is really such inspiring artist. She really deserves a follow in twitter indeed! Her latest achievement ( im not really sure about this ) but it is confirmed already that She will sing a theme of Sea Games 2011 which is going to be held in Indonesia. I do knew Agnes Monica since a long long time ago, if i am not mistaken she was the Mc of tralala trilili in RCTI when i was a child. Up to now, this cute girl now have been grew up into mature fearless female adult. She is one of indonesian artist who can sing and dance really well. Almost no one doubtfully agree that her stage performance is really awesome among the others. What inspired me more, she did sports ( whereas some girls really hate when they produce sweat or even muscle in their body ) , fluent in english and chns, and also can play guitar and piano! Also, she is good looking, sexy, and clever!! She has proven that successfulness are made up of effort to make it happen plus your believe in God. I used to believe that "Chinese artist" are really hard to enter the entertainment industry in Indonesia because of their oriental face or whatsoeva. Only few of them who can survive till now. The difference comes to Agnes Monica, she is not only survive, but she also in her way to reach their peak evenmore! She has crawled up her career from scratch to what she has been now. There is no instant way to achieve your dreams. The latest rumours about her also stated that she is going to do collaboration with Superstar Michael Bolton next year! For your information, Michael Bolton is one of 80's artist who sing a song "How i am supposed to live without you". I am pretty sure some of you may do not recognize him, but his songs are really famous in your mom and dad's epoch! Agnes monica has made her dreams come true once more time. I am saying this not because i am a really huge fans of her, but i do adore someone who are really have a big passion in her life, who can see the future what they gonna be, and who briefly attached to what they believe in a good way..
